Andrew Creelman Andrew, a Mathematics teacher for thirty years before turning to property development in 2000, is the proprietor of the company. Although relatively new to the business of property investment and development, Andrew’s entrepreneurial sprit has seen him run several successful business ventures. |

Martin Creelman Martin, Andrew’s son, worked in the field of Information Technology for several companies before running his own desktop support business. He started working for Creelman full time in 2002 managing the Publishing arm and is now equally involved in Creelman Property. Martin provides invaluable in-house IT experties and is responsible for all phone and office infrastructure requirements. |

Bob Creelman Bob, Andrew’s brother, has extensive Western Australian business and sales knowledge having being State Manager for several successful companies. Bob is a keen and active property investor which has enabled him to leave full time conventional work. He now works for Creelman on a part time basis enjoying the challenge of being involved in property development and investment. |

Robin Tan Robin has lived in Perth for the last 26 years after immigrating to Western Australia from Singapore where he had gained a strong business and community background. He began his trading business and later became an advisor in the financial services industry. In recent years, Robin was a local church administrator and pastor where he oversaw a number of large church building and housing projects. |

Marie Markham Marie trained as a nurse, but has worked in accounts for several other businesses before Creelman. Marie works in the business as a part time Office Manager and client liaison. |

Giles Creelman Giles has returned to Perth after spending four years in London with his wife Helen. Graduating from Curtin University with a degree in Journalism and Public Relations, Giles worked for a number of media organizations before completing a Graduate Diploma of Education and teaching in Australia and the UK. Giles’ role as Client Relationships Manager sees him working with existing investors to ensure they are kept informed of project developments and also with potential investors to explain the benefits of investing with Creelman. |

Ruth Brisbane Ruth has a background in Broadcast Journalism and Publishing. Ruth began her career with ABC TV news before heading overseas with her family where she worked in Sales & Customer Service. Ruth has been working on the Creelman Publishing side and is looking forward to using her skills and experience to assist the Marketing Team on the Property side. |

Pieter Overmeire Pieter Overmeire comes from a background in Engineering and Computing. He grew up in Belgium, studied Engineering for two years and then completed a Degree in Business & Computing. He has practical Project Management experience in the computing industry in Canberra, in Frankfurt and in Brussels, and more recently with Alcoa¹s corporate systems in Perth. |

Rob Merrells Rob is married to Sue with 6 children and 3 grandchildren. He was born in Malaysia, educated at Christ Church Grammar School in Claremont, and has taught High School Mathematics in WA for over 35 years. He enjoys life on 4 acres in Helena Valley where he has been an Owner/Builder on two occasions. |
