Writing textbooks makes money, but it also allows students to face their TEE exams with confidence knowing they have studied the material and have the knowledge to face the challenge.
In the same way, making a healthy living from developing properties can be helpful to friends and interested parties. As well as providing free advice to anyone interested in developing their own property or wanting to learn more about project management, Andrew also felt that people who wanted to support his business by letting him develop their property should be able to do so as easily as possible.

If you have a block of land that you own and you want Creelman Property to develop it for you, we will give you the value of the land and half the profits at project completion.
The land can be sub-divided and sold as smaller blocks as a short-term, small profit or developed into residential or commercial space for a long-term, larger profit.
You can even make an arrangement to keep some of the new dwellings for yourself.
We have experience in dealing with planners, local councils, builders and direct sales. Our aim is to free up your time by carrying out the work for you – but keep you informed of progress at each development stage.
We can carry out feasibility studies at your home to see how profitable the project will be.
