The Creelman Property team builds houses and manages property development projects. We commenced our property development business in 2000.
We buy development sites in the Perth metropolitan area and then build houses on the sites and sell them to the public.
We also collaborate with individuals on joint ventures, where landowners are looking to develop a block they own. The profits of the joint venture are shared evenly between the land owner and Creelman Property.
Private investors approach Creelman Holdings Ltd (CHL) to make an unsecured loan to CHL. These funds are banked and then used to run the business. The more investor funds we attract, the more houses we can build. Individuals interested in investing should speak to Giles Creelman, our Client Relationships Manager.
